Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission from me, you confirm that you have read & agree to my terms of service⚡ You must be 18+ to commission me, even if the artwork requested is SFW⚡ All payment is made upfront (after receiving thumbnail sketches) via invoice & in USD only⚡I work on a first-come-first-serve model. Upon accepting your commission and placing you in the queue, a $20 non-refundable deposit taken from the total cost is required. The rest will be paid when it is time to begin your commission (I will notify you), please pay within 24 hours or it will be cancelled⚡You must have clear character and pose references at the ready when going over the details of your commission. Be as specific as you can with what you have in mind. *Complexity in pose or character design may impact pricing⚡ All artwork is done in 300 DPI and can be provided as PNG and/or JPEG files. Max 8000 pixels width or length, preferably not both.⚡You may request up to 2 small edits/changes up until approval of the lineart. Any edits/changes made once the lineart has been approved will cost 5% of the total commission cost per edit, absolutely no changes can be made once commission is completed. Please look over the WIPs carefully before approving them.⚡ I retain the right to publish any of the artwork commissioned on any of my social media platforms. You may choose to remain anonymous or have your name mentioned, let me know.⚡Art received is for non-commercial use only, copyrights of the artwork remain with me & character copyrights stay with their respective owners⚡I can deny or ignore commission requests for any reason & am not obligated to disclose why, though I likely will out of courtesy.⚡You are allowed to post completed artwork you have commissioned from me to any platform you wish but must credit my Twitter. Please do not publicly share work-in-progresses without my permission⚡If you wish to modify your commissioned artwork on your own, please ask me first⚡No refunds at any stage of the commission

The process

*Not all commissions are guaranteed to follow the exact process laid out below, this is simply for referenceWhen working on your commission, I will typically go through five stages:
Rough sketch, Sketch, Lineart, Flat color, and Shading [Background, if included, comes after shading]ROUGH SKETCH: I often do this before receiving payment; this is the stage where I will draft up a very rough sketch to get an idea of the composition and for you to decide if you're ok to move forward with the commission.SKETCH: Done after receiving payment, this will be a more detailed sketch. Once approved, I will move onto lineart.LINEART: Last stage before coloring & final chance to request small fixes/edits/changes for free. Once lineart is approved, all future changes will cost an additional 5% of the total commission priceFLAT COLOR: Artwork is fully colored in. Once the colors have been approved, shading & final touches will be applied.SHADING: Fully shaded artwork is sent in and I will begin working on the background, if one has been requested. Otherwise, this is is where your commission is completed!
